Our Story:

Kerala State Pottery Marketing, Manufacturing, and Welfare Development Corporation Ltd. (KSPMMWDC), a company wholly owned by the Government of Kerala, was established under the company Act 2013 on 11-02-2016 and its registered office in Thiruvananthapuram. It is dedicated to the comprehensive development of the pottery sector. From marketing, and manufacturing assistance to welfare initiatives for artisans, we play an important role in ensuring the growth and sustainability of this traditional craft. 

Kerala's pottery tradition dates back centuries and has been handed down through generations of talented craftspeople. However, the changing times posed challenges to this age-old art form. In order to preserve and expand this beloved heritage, the KSPMMWDC has launched www.mankural.com.
