To register, you can click on the profile option located at the top right corner of the homepage. After clicking, please fill out the information in the form that appears.

Indeed, you have the option to include multiple delivery addresses within your Grozeo account. Nonetheless, it's important to note that all items placed in a single order can only be shipped to one address. If you require various products to be delivered to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

A single email address and phone number can be linked to only one account.

No, there is no expiration date on the wallet amount. Once the money is credited to your wallet, it stays there until it's used.

You can view your wallet balance and its associated details under the "My Wallet" section in the "Profile" option on the top right section of the page.

You can make payments for your order through the following payment modes: a. POD on delivery (POD) b. Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / Rupay) If your order is to be delivered to the security gate, please proceed with online payment methods such as wallets, UPI, net banking, or cards, as you are currently doing. However, if you select POD as the payment method, you will be required to pay our delivery executive

If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your Grozeo’s wallet as store credit, and you can use it at any time against your future orders.

The Wallet is a prepaid credit account that is associated with your Grozeo account. This prepaid account allows you to pay a lump-sum amount once and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time.
